This silver on white shattered glass holographic cape is lined in flashbulb holographic print, with a short collar and ties at the throat.
It is a huge amount of fabric, it weighs literally about four pounds!
Choose from 50" or 60" length, and as shown in the photo it can be worn either way.
It is made of top quality holographic lycra spandex. This cloak is so beautiful in motion, you will look like a snowy angel! :)
