Grade 1: Excellent to New/Unissued – Military Surplus ECWCS Gen III Fleece Jackets are US Government Issued products and are rated in excellent to new/un-issued condition. Jackets may be outside of original manufacturer's packaging but they will show minimal or no signs of wear maybe some storage marks. 

Grade 2: Good to Very Good – Products may have been previously washed and pilling will be present may have light stains, small holes, ink writing, small burn marks possiable missing size tags, or faded tags, or snags but they retain 100% of their original functionality.
